Delays in project completion may occur when:
* There is a delay in any payments.
* The client requests further work, including changes in the scope, design, structure, or content of the project.
* The client purchases an additional service related to the project.
* There is a delay in the receipt of any materials from the client.
Time frame estimates are approximate only and are subject to change at any time at coraleye.com discretion.
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 3 weeks, the project will become inactive. If there is no meaningful activity for 3 months the project may be terminated without refund.
All the mentioned prices are for designing and development of the projects. All content and Images must be provided by the customers, If customers can’t provide the content or images it will cost extra according to requirement.
Because of the nature of web design and development work, websites always appear differently on different computers. Screen resolution, operating system, and browsing software are just a few examples of variables that may affect the way a website looks. The client must be aware of these possible variations and coraleye.com will not be held responsible for them.
A small sign stating "Website Design by coraleye.com" will be added at the bottom of every web page created (programmed or designed) by coraleye.com. The client may request to remove the sign for an additional fee of 5% of the total price of the services provided to the client in relation to the web page.
Coraleye.com will be giving a trial mock-up within 4-5 working days. The changes in the mock up will be acceptable and if not like the client can have a option of one or two more designs.
The client cannot give a add on and calling that as changes or minor work with the time of project process.
The clients have to make the down payment of at least 30% of total amount for dynamic websites and Rs. 2000 for static site. The other installments of payment in the case of big projects will be sent in quotation letter.
The prices will be inclusive of tax and no extra charge will be charged more than the quotation.
